Song Story: THE LYRICS: Written on the gym elliptical machine, on a legal pad, turned sideways and divided into 4 sections (= 4 measures per line). Two weeks after recording Psalm 98 Joyful Singing
(see history of how God was helping me "fill in numbers" of missing psalms).
I had just written Psalm 100 at the gym moments before.
But I forgot that two years earlier, we had recorded the song Psalm 101 PURIFYING.
God helped me quickly sketch out the words to Psalm 101 in one gym session.

MUSIC story -- I honestly don't know. I was just filling in loops trying to get the
sorrow feeling of this song... with a “think about this” opening sound in the background.
I think I did.... by God's guidance, as always.

Song Story: THE MUSIC:

        For the 2nd morning in a row, I found a melody in my head as I did my initial chores of the day. I'd awoken early even though I'd worked in the music studio until ~2 AM. Excited that we had recorded the jazzy swing praise song of surrender to LORD God “IT HAS TO BE ALL OF YOU” only 12 hours after that melody gift from God literally came to mind; it was on the World Wide Web at DianaDeeOsborneSongs.com at 1 AM (18 hours).

       On my long drive back from the studio, I was praying about the fact that I'd completed only a few songs for the Amazing Jesus 'n' Children album. After all, I want to be used by God to help *children* also to know the Joy of Him! And... like with children's sermon messages in church... often it is the simple that most touches the hearts of adults.

     God honored me with developing this song for Him; the music (without singing yet) was on WwW in 3 hours. PLEASE NEVER think that I as 'musician' am The Song Writer. There's absolutely no way that any human can write such a variety of music... and this too is absolutely true: YOU CAN do this... anyone can... if you humbly ask God.

     That's HIS Word in Ephesians 3:20, with the condition of 3:21, that it be for His Glory.
And NO, I am not any better than anyone else; I am tearfully amazed at His giftings; I KNOW they're His.

"But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Song Story: THE LYRICS: I get bored on the elliptical machine at the gym each hour, so I keep a legal pad, turn it sideways, draw 4 lines downward splitting it to 4 sections--- then sketch out songs that God puts in my mind. On this particular day, I had my large print Bible with me. With God's help, we had just recorded Psalm 98 Joyful Singing, so I remembered I'd written music for Psalms Psalms 96, 97, 98, 99, [101 I forgot about!], 102, and 103.

I'm currently marking my third Bible, for my 2nd child (whose younger siblings got the first 2), and the cover has become flexible from 18 months of daily use. So I've found on gym Cross Trainer machine, I can fold the cover back and write God's verses into song verse form on a legal pad (yes, with messy handwriting as I go up & down!). So God helped me quickly sketch out the words to Psalm 100 on a legal pad writing at the gym.

And the music? Two weeks later, all music was written alone in the sanctuary for the verses, and writing music “in my head” without an instrument for the chorus.

Shouting Joyfully at God's gifting: This is NOT my natural talent. He guided me to write the music in one day and publish it on the World Wide Web the next evening.

Dedicated to the TRUE Psalmist, our LORD God, who honors humans with writing His Words and psalms to new music.

Song Story:

The familiar story: I was going through my usual morning routine, brushing teeth, feeding cats, etc and praying... when I suddenly realized there was a melody in my head.
I examined it - it didn't seem familiar (as in, that someone else wrote it!). I went downstairs to my recording studio to capture the shuffle melody quickly before I forgot it.

But instead of returning to my everyday work, I finished the song 1 hour later (2 music tracks). Went to scheduled Professional Studio #2 session. Recorded all vocals. Claxton added live drums & a draft bass,

& the song was on the World Wide Web at 1 AM, 18 hours later. It's God's Music!

And I'll add that EPHESIANS 3:20-21 is a KEY PROMISE FROM GOD
in my Life:
God "is able to do FAR MORE THAN WE ASK OR THINK"
(for HIS glory, verse 21). I assuredly never would have dreamed even 5 years ago
that God would honor me with developing... I think the 2 studios have now recorded
close to 350 songs that I wrote and prepared initial music tracks for -- with
COMPLETED, partially mastered song recordings now.
I quit counting... No need. It's God's Working.

Song Story: THE LYRICS:

I admit it: I was looking for a SHORT psalm to prayerfully with God's help add music.
But the amazing HISTORY of God's LOVE for His people -- expressed in a few
lines of the original psalm song -- actually required more lyrics to explain:
* God STILL loves His people Israel, called Jews because in land of Judah.
* God GRAFTED IN all people who came to believe in Him,
to accept that God was NOT a liar in all His fulfilled promises of sending a Messiah (Isaiah 42 & 53 etc; Isaiah 9:6-7, etc).
See Romans 11 for more details.
* NONE of us deserve to be saved from enemies.
Romans 11 also shows how God let his people be punished when they obeyed Him... AS JESUS SAID in John 3:18.
Yet God LOVES ALL us in His world.
(and sent Jesus as evidence-- John 3:16-17).
That includes people who have learned to follow witchcraft or New Age..... Atheism or Agnosticism.... Islam or Hinduism or Buddhism.... ANYone who is seeking Truth HONESTLY.

AND God brings His saving power when we obey Him... as children obey fathers...
ISRAEL was chosen as a "light" to show God to ALL people of the world...
to SHOW how God saves for HIS Name's sake -- to DRAW people to see His Love as well as His Righteousness and Holiness. God DOES get understandably furious when people using HIS Name - whether Israel or Christian -- show the world LIES about Him.

Jews were show the Nations of the World that no one can thwart God by hurting the people who obey Him. See Zechariah 12:9 -- which should have been emphasized in all our histories and churches. Those who mess with God's children may get away with it awhile, but their nations eventually pay for their evil. Even in subtle ways like overbearing inflation and faltering economies.

Egypt's army came to kill them. / God maid mountains like rams skip. __
