Song Story: THE MUSIC:
God gave me this full melody for Parts 2 and 3
three hours before I had ANY idea what to do with it.
The melody seemed to simple... but I learned not to label the “melodies in my head” as “dorky” (after my obvious mistake doing that for the verse's melody in “NOTHING & EVERYTHING” for over a year back before God began pouring His wonderful music through me).
I pray that the words to this song will draw you to see the power of God's love and His yearning to answer your prayers ---
even while He waits for you to MEET
His well-defined prayer prerequisites that
He clearly defines for us in His Word.
God set the rules, the pre-requisites for your prayer answers.
He waits for each of us to humble ourselves toward God,
to obey Him and meet His clearly defined pre-requisites.
Song Story: THE LYRICS:
I would like to repeat: God has guided me to have others who REVIEW potentially controversial songs like this.... to give their discernment on whether or not I have taken scriptures out of context.
I would like to repeat: My CONSTANT (not occasional) prayer is that God will protect me from even putting the slightest MIS-Leading (even if incorrect) word into a song....

Dedicated to our Listening God >> Who also answers James 1:5 prayers
for wisdom.... Tells us if we are NOT meeting His prayer pre-requisits. IF we ask.

God's SUPPORTING WORDS:
“IF My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and
pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, THEN I will
hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” --
GOD, in 2nd Chronicles 7:14 New KJV

PART 1
VERSE 1 Universities have pre-requisites before their professors will hear you.
If you don't choose to follow rules they've set, then
you might feel ignored by that school..... BUT ..... YOU'D BE WRONG. [pause]
Schools are glad to meet needs - when you meet their pre-requisites!
READING: Jesus said in Matthew 6:14,
IF you forgive those who sin against you, Your Father in Heaven will forgive you.
.... a prayer pre-requisite.......IF you forgive.
VERSE 2
God WON'T answer your every prayer and God WON'T meet every need.
If you don't choose to follow rules God set, then
You might feel God ignores you ..... BUT ..... YOU'D BE WRONG. [pause]
READING: Deuteronomy 11 has a long list of BLESSINGS with a CONDITIONS before you get your blessing. God says, “IF you carefully keep all these commandments which I command you to do—to love the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways, and to hold fast to Him— ...”, and it continues in Deuteronomy 11.
God cannot make His PRAYER PRE-REQUISITE in Isaiah 59 verse 2 any easier to understand: Your SINS have separated you and God.
PART 2
3
“God will meet your every need” is not always true.
So if your prayers aren't answered, don't blame God: Check out YOU.
4
“God will give you ALL you ask”mis-reads God's true promises. As
First John 3: 22 reminds, we must first OBEY Lord Jesus.
CHORUS
Respectful humble prayers ask God with
PART 3
5
“God will give you much wisdom” is not always true. YOU
must first ASK God to give wisdom, James 1:5 reminds you.
6
“God will forgive your every sin” is not always true.
Jesus clearly said God will NOT forgive you, if you don't forgive others too!
READING: Jesus gave a FIRM prayer pre-requisite in Mark 11:26.
He said, if you do NOT forgive, NEITHER will Your Father Which in Heaven
will forgive YOUR trespasses.
In Luke 18, Jesus told the story of two people praying in the Temple and showed that
our HUMBLENESS before God is another prayer pre-requisite.
Jesus gave another prayer pre-requisite in Matthew 6:7,
to RESPECT God's intelligence.
He said, “And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.

MORE of God's SUPPORTING WORDS -- Jesus speaking:
“Two men went to the Temple to pray. One was a Pharisee, and the other was a dishonest tax collector. The proud Pharisee stood by himself and prayed this prayer: `I thank you, God, that I am not a sinner like everyone else...' I tell you, this sinner, not the Pharisee, returned home justified before God. -- Jesus, Luke 18:10-14 New Living Translation
For the proud will be humbled, but the humble will be honored.” This includes nations: 2 Chron 7:14.
“Surely God will not hear vanity (NKJV: “empty talk”), neither will the Almighty regard it.” -- Job 35:13 old KJV
PRAYER GOES BOTH WAYS -- LISTENING TO GOD ALSO:
“...they have hardened their necks, that they might not hear My words.” -- GOD
“But your iniquities [sins, disobedience to God] have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid His face from you, that
He will not hear. ” -- Isaiah 59:2 KJV
DianaDee's note: Isaiah 59 is about WILL-FULL sins....
not about those which break our heart..... which we
truly cry out to God to please forgive us.
